Warranty
Hangzhou Weite CNC Device Co., Ltd. guarantees that all products sold are in good working condition and free from defects. The warranty for new products is 1 year, and for used products, it is 3 months.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery as shown by the logistics tracking.
If Hangzhou Weite CNC Device Co., Ltd. finds that the item is defective, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund.
We do not provide warranty for defects caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, power surges, improper use, inadequate maintenance, acts of God, or intentional damage.
To be eligible for warranty return, you must meet the following conditions:
You have the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
The product must have defects due to internal factors (i.e., parts).
The product must be within the warranty period.
